Getting Sunburns and Sprained Ankles

Both suck.

At least the sunburn will only last a couple days.

The sprained ankle sucks though. Also massaging the bone and veins of the sprained ankle helps a lot. You'll probably be in a lot of pain while it's massaged, though.
